About me

Dorka Császár I am an architect, I graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Óbuda in 2008.
After two years in an architect's office, I have been working full-time in industrial kitchen design and interior design since 2010.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to learn from some of the most important people in the kitchen technology industry.

Thanks to my employers, I had the opportunity to participate in the following projects:

INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN

Az ipari konyhatechnológiai tervezés nemcsak rajzokat és gépeket jelent – ez a hatékonyság, biztonság, higiénia és gazdaságos működés alapja. Évtizedes tapasztalatomnak köszönhetően pontosan tudom, hogyan lehet egy konyhát úgy megtervezni, hogy az megfeleljen a technológiai előírásoknak, a hatósági elvárásoknak és az üzemeltetői igényeknek is. Minden tervem működésalapú: a folyamati logikára, az áru- és személyforgalomra, valamint az energia- és vízhasználat optimalizálására épül. Nem sablonban gondolkodom – a tér adottságaihoz és a napi létszámhoz igazítom a megoldásokat. HOTEL BREAKFAST

Planning the correct order of the hotel breakfast bar is key to smooth guest flow, hygiene and guest experience. Placing food in a logical, ergonomic order - for example, drinks, cold food, hot food, bakery items and finally cutlery - helps to ensure a smooth self-service experience. With my years of experience, I know not only the technological requirements of the kitchen, but also the psychology of catering: where people congest, where they go first and what slows them down. BAR TECHNOLOGY

Bar technology design is the art of building precise systems behind the spectacle - where every inch and movement counts. A well-designed bar not only enables fast and efficient service, but also creates a safe, hygienic and ergonomic working environment. I know how to balance the visual with the operational: making sure that the movements of the people behind the bar are smooth, the equipment is in the right place and the experience is perfect. I tailor all my designs to the concept, the offer and the volume of traffic. INTERIOR DESIGN

For me, interior design is not just a question of aesthetics, but a harmonious unity of function, spatial experience and individual needs. Every space tells a story - I help to make that story real, work well and remain lovable in the long term. I design with frequency of use, ergonomics, lighting and materials in mind to create spaces that are not just beautiful, but liveable and practical.
